OMSAN manufactures dry-type low-voltage three-phase transformers with power ratings ranging from 100 VA to 2000 kVA. The transformers can be customized to include specific input and output connections, including rail terminals, device terminals, cable lugs, cables, busbars, and appropriate cabinets.

     The transformers can be configured to include a three-phase isolation transformer, which is essential for applications requiring galvanic isolation or voltage transformation. To ensure precision in production, we establish the technical specifications through mutual agreement with the client.

         During the negotiation process, the following specifications will be defined:

• Nominal power

• Input and output voltage and current parameters

• Input and output voltage levels

• Input-output winding vector connection group (e.g., delta-star-zigzag)

• Galvanic isolation

• Input-output terminal materials

• Isolation class

• Type of metal enclosure and ventilation

• Mounting configuration (horizontal or vertical)

        Upon finalizing all details, we will fabricate a sample transformer and corresponding routine test reports for the client. Following rigorous inspections and evaluations, production will commence, and the completed products will be made available after receiving the client’s approval.
