Three-Phase Servo Regulators

   Our three-phase voltage regulators, which are controlled by microprocessors, are available in both standard and protected configurations, offering power ratings from 10.5 kVA to 2000 kVA. These regulators are designed to operate efficiently across various systems and machines that require balanced three-phase electricity. The production of our voltage regulators adheres to TS EN 60076 - TS 1055 standards, and we are proud to export these units to numerous countries, including Egypt, Libya, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Georgia, Iraq, Algeria, and Nigeria.
 
   The electronic circuits of our regulators include features such as 'voltage output sensitivity adjustment' and 'variac head oscillation inhibition adjustment.' The voltage output sensitivity adjustment enhances the regulation speed, thereby reducing the response time to voltage fluctuations. Consequently, our regulators are capable of promptly responding to even minor variations in network voltage, enabling rapid regulation. The variac head anti-swing setting extends the mechanical life of the regulators by mitigating irregular and unnecessary oscillation. It is important to note that these settings should not be modified without technical assistance from our company.
 
      Our microprocessor-controlled, protected voltage regulators incorporate essential safety features, including low and high voltage protection, phase protection, overcurrent protection, and short circuit protection as standard. Each phase is regulated independently, ensuring that loads connected to the output of the regulator operate smoothly, regardless of unbalanced load distribution or differing voltage levels across phases. In the event of a malfunction in one of the phases, the phase protection system will automatically disconnect the output voltage to safeguard the load.

     The maximum current occurs when the input voltage reaches its lowest value. Notably, the regulator is not influenced by the power factor of the load, does not distort the sine waveform of mains electricity, and does not induce phase changes or harmonic distortion. It effectively dampens instantaneous voltage pulses and electrical interference, delivering balanced and ideal sinusoidal output voltage. We strongly recommend our microprocessor-controlled shielded regulators for use with sensitive and valuable equipment, such as computers, medical devices, and CNC-PLC-controlled systems.
