Design Features

Electromagnetic Design

No-load losses are minimized with a high-quality, oriented silicon-steel core. High efficiency and low noise levels are achieved thanks to optimized flux density.

Winding Structure

Copper or aluminum windings are designed according to the application. Advanced winding geometry reduces load losses and increases short-circuit resistance.

Insulation Technology

High mechanical strength and reliable insulation performance in humid environments are ensured thanks to the VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) process.

Thermal Design

Low hotspot temperature is achieved in natural cooling (AN) thanks to optimized airflow. The AF cooling option is available for high load conditions.

Mechanical Structure

Compact structure resistant to vibration and mechanical stresses, suitable for marine environments.

Corrosion Resistance

C4 / C5-M paint system according to ISO 12944. An optional AISI 304 / 316 stainless steel cabinet option is available.

Electrical Performance and Losses

High efficiency and low operating costs throughout the service life are ensured thanks to optimized loss values.
