SINGLE-PHASE ISOLATION TRANSFORMERS
Galvanically isolated transformers provide a reliable power supply for circuits with "protective disconnection" or "protection by shutdown" safety measures. Double or reinforced insulation between the primary and secondary windings protects the SELV and PELV circuits.
OMSAN single-phase isolation-type transformers are manufactured under the ISO 9001 quality management system, are CE-certified, and have power ratings from 5 VA to 200 kVA, up to 1100 V AC.
Isolation-type transformers are Class I industrial transformers designed for low-voltage supply in the energy industry and switchboards. The separately insulated windings are fully impregnated with varnish under vacuum, making them resistant to dust, moisture, and corrosion.
The power, voltage, frequency, duty cycle, and other technical specifications of single-phase isolation transformers are determined through mutual discussions with our customers. Features such as center tapping or galvanic shielding can be added to the transformers according to the customer's needs. Isolation transformers have very high insulation values between windings and between windings and the core, and have excellent resistance to short-duration high-power surges.
OMSAN single-phase isolation type transformers are used in various sectors in many countries. Their main areas of application include lighting, automation, iron and steel, machine control panels, ships, and elevators.
