Single Phase Isolation Transformers

  Galvanically isolated isolation transformers provide a reliable supply to power circuits with the safety measures of "protective separation" or "protection by switching off". Double or reinforced insulation between the primary and secondary windings protects SELV and PELV circuits.

  OMSAN single-phase isolation type transformers are manufactured under the ISO 9001 quality management system with CE certification for power values between 5 VA and 200 kVA up to 1100 V AC voltage.

 

  Isolation type transformers are class I type industrial transformers designed for low voltage supply in the energy industry and panels.

 

  Separately insulated windings are completely impregnated with varnish under vacuum and made resistant to dust, moisture and corrosion. The power, voltage, frequency, operating factor and similar technical features of single-phase insulation type transformers are determined in mutual consultation with our customers. Features such as mid-point or galvanic screens are added to transformers in line with our customers' needs. The insulation value between windings and between windings and core of insulation type transformers is very high and they are resistant to high power for short periods.

 

  OMSAN single phase isolation type transformers are used in various sectors in many countries. Main areas of use can be defined as lighting, automation, iron and steel, machine control panels, ships, elevators.
