SINGLE-PHASE AUTO TYPE TRANSFORMERS
Single-phase auto-type transformers are used in single-phase electrical systems to raise or lower the output voltage relative to the input voltage when insulation is not required. In other words, the primary purpose is to provide voltage regulation for equipment that requires a voltage level different from the mains voltage.
Single-phase auto-type transformers have different wiring configurations to achieve the desired voltage setting. Common configurations include series and parallel connections of the primary and secondary windings.
In auto-type transformers, the primary and secondary windings share a portion of the same winding. This design type results in a more compact and economical structure compared to isolation-type transformers.
To ensure there are no errors in the products, the technical specifications of auto-type transformers listed below are determined in consultation with the customer. After all details are finalized, a sample transformer is produced and delivered to the customer along with routine test reports. After all checks are completed and the customer approves, production is finalized, and the products are delivered.
